Refunds and Returns

We want you to love your purchase!

However, as a second-hand store supporting a charitable cause, we have a limited returns policy:

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of pickup only.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items bought on a sale are not eligible for return.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.

• Due to the nature of second-hand goods, minor imperfections are not considered faults.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 working days.

• Alternatively, you may choose store credit.

4. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. A new order must be placed if you wish to select another item.
